Insomnia !!!

Yeah am suffering over here !!

I thought it will be a temp problem that will resolve by it self but it is getting worse i hardly get straight 3 hours last week .. i feel tired , depressed unable to do work !!

god you dont know how much precious is the thing till you lost it !!!

it has been there for the last month !! but itis really gettign worse for the last week with all the black shadows under my eye and the puffy tired eyes ..

i tried almost everything ( non-medical ) I dont know how much i can stand it with out taking drugs .. but am still resisting ...

i stopped all the coffee , tea , soft drinks .. every thign cause obviously they are makign things worse !!

I need to sleep .......

Cinema !!!

Hey all ..

I promised some of my friends to hang out together at Wednesday .. and since there aren’t many things you can do in Muscat we thought about going to cinema .. I didn’t know any thing about the movies over there , I tried calling them but the man in the answer machine speaks really difficult accent that I couldn’t gaps any word ecept Comedy , staring , Action .... but so what I always do this cause I always decide to go to the cinema in the last minute you know what I mean it is not kind of arranged thing it is just we are going to see a movie and eat some natchos : ) , so I just drive to there pay for my tickiet and my Nachos and have my seat in the corner hoping that not many of those noisy guys gonna attend the movie ..

We choose the 11:55 show since we don’t have anything to do afterward and we don’t like to go home early since the three of us live alone…
They were showing two films in 11:55 show.. The first one is Egyptian film “Zaki Shan” and the second one is “DETENTION” which is American film .. from the posters none of them were really provocating but we already made our mind to see a film today so we had to choose !!

We were not in mood for an Egyptian film .. so we left with “DETENTION” not many choices I guess ….

In summary it was one of the worst movies I have ever seen .. I didn’t check it yet in the net but it look like it was produced 1970 or something .. warn your friends … but any way I enjoyed the natchos : )

I don’t know why they choose such movies .. because they are cheap ?? God muscat got only two real cinams .. ( not really REAL but adequate one )
And they choose to broadcast such movies !! and it was not the first time they show a bad movie .. I had an experience before with a movie called “Deep Blue Sea”.. but it looks like it is me who doesn’t learn !!

One more thing .. Bahja always claim that its last show start at 11:55.. But it is always late !! I noticed that cause I always go for the last show... When I asked why they told me they are not allowed to write that the film will start after mid night because it is not allowed by Muscat Municipality.. You know I find this strange Bars do open to three o’clock while cinemas should close before that!!

Any way Next week gonna be hectic week for me.. Wish me luck I may not update for the whole week..

Tip of the day: if you didn’t like the film poster, probably you won’t like the film!!

Hey All ?

You know I was thinking of something since I start bloging... Thought about writing an entry about it...why we install all those counters which count the number of visitors to our blogs ??

You know when I visit other blogs its s I always lok for ?what type of counter they are using ?? I find this type of counter or that type of counter but there is always a counter.. Why we do this? Are we really interested about who is checking our blog and when and how much or is it because we are statistic freak!!

Some do claim they are not interested about how many checking their blog .. Some do claim they are not even interested if some one comment in their blog !! If it is like so why you blog ? I mean if you think you are not interested why don t you open your Microsoft word or whatsoever and start writing what ever you want to write there?

For me Yes I love statistics and they always call me statistic freak ( < ----and you are happy about that !! ) I like to count everything infront of me and I would love to have statistic about everything it gives you clue and you feel powerful when you read the statistics : ) < --- (FREAK!!!) Regarding Comments?? Do I like them?? Oh yes!! I mean who doesn?t? Don?t you become happy when some one comment in your blog !! Or some one link you in his/her blog !! What about you ? Do you like to know who is visiting your blog and what does she/he thinks about your blog or you are just not interested!!

Tip of the day : Dont wonder alot about some one visiting you from no-body-know country he/she could be from Oman and using a proxy :)

Updating my Blog

I don’t know if my blog gonna survive !! ..

Hey all .. <- I think it became a habit :(

I was doing my exams plus many extra thing that keep me really busy .. unfortunately all what am doing right now is medical related .. so I don’t have a lot of things to talk about .. especially if you know that I am against medicalizing my blog .. every thing in my life right now is medicalize .. the book that am reading , my friends are either doctors or going to be inshala , our talks usually about interesting cases ( or at least we think it is interesting )our jokes are medically oriented ( silly jokes basically ) which mean .. NO SOCIAL LIFE TO TALK ABOUT... when ever I plan for something an On call pop in or some extra reading that I have to do appear urgently ..
Life became really boring when you meet only patients .. Don’t get me wrong guys I love medicine .. and I was willing ( and am still willing ) to spend my life in this profession BUT that doesn’t mean that I shouldn’t have my personal or social life away from medicine at least to produce those moment of missing it ..
I always try to convince my self it is just a temporary state as am student right now .. but who am trying to cheat !! I can see graduated doctors still struggling to have some kind of social life and they are failing to .. unless you agree to become a bad doctor when you decide to stop reading or doing an extra care to your patients ..

For that reason I kept my blog away from anything medical I didn’t want to post anything medical and I don’t know how long I can keep it like this if I want this blog to survive ..

Last week I finished reading The Da Vinci Code .. what a wonderful novel the writer ( Dan Brown ) did a lot of search for writing this story , maybe it is not those type of stories which inspire you BUT for sure it gives you a lot of information and as you are reading you are gaining knowledge …

When I bought The Da Vinci Code I bought another book which is “The Broker” By john Grisham I am still reading it .. I will post an entry about it later when I finish it ..
